Important Note

  • icon Admission is subject to applicants meeting Ekatva EM School’s academic and behavioral standards.
  • icon Submission of a complete application does not guarantee acceptance into Ekatva EM School.
  • icon The date of birth of a child that has been once declared in the Registration/ Admission form and also in the Birth Certificate will not be changed under any circumstances.
  • icon Complete academic records and all required paperwork must be received by the Office of Admission before the application can be considered for admission.
  • icon If necessary, the Admission Committee may request additional academic and personal information, additional assessments, as well as an applicant and parent interview.
  • icon Failure to submit all required documentation and to disclose pertinent information regarding the applicant - such as educational testing, support services in or out of a schooling environment, psychological evaluations - may be cause for the student’s admission review to be delayed or denied.
  • icon All admissions are provisional and will be confirmed only after the recommendation of the selection committee, payment of school fees and verification of all documents.
  • icon No fee will be refunded in case of cancellation of admission.

Admissions

  • icon The admission to the school is open to all irrespective of caste, creed or religion. Ekatva Public School makes the application process for new students as simple and transparent as possible. The journey towards personalized attention begins with the Office of Admission, knowing that all children and families transition differently.
  • icon Admissions for the new academic session begin in the month of December. Brochures and application forms can be obtained from the school office.
  • icon Admission to the school is restricted by certain policies of the Management and by the conditions of age, ability and conduct.
  • icon Factors considered vital in making the appropriate grade placement at Ekatva EM School include: previous academic success verified by school records, age, previous grade level placement, maturity (physical and social development), academic achievement, school attendance, and consistent educational experience.

Admission Requirements

  • icon Original previous year’s progress report
  • icon Original transfer or leaving certificate, character certificate
  • icon Copy of child’s birth certificate
  • icon Copy of Aadhar card of the child and parents
  • icon Passport photocopy of child and parents

Age Criteria

  • As a general rule, age requirement for each grade is –
  • icon Nursery: 3-4 Years,
  • icon KG 1: 4-5 Years,
  • icon From Class 1: based on the past years TC from the respective schools. Admission to any class in Kindergarten will be on the basis of interaction.

Admission Procedure

  • For admission of the students, the parents are required to produce :
  • icon The School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate signed by the Head of the Institution last attended.
  • icon A certificate of Date of Birth (issued by Municipal Corporation)
  • icon Certified Copies of the Mark sheet of the last examination cleared (if applicable)
  • icon A recent coloured passport size photograph.
  • icon Aadhaar card copies of the student and the parent.
