The admission to the school is open to all irrespective of caste, creed or religion. Ekatva EM School makes the application process for new students as simple and transparent as possible. The journey towards personalized attention begins with the Office of Admission, knowing that all children and families transition differently.

Admissions for the new academic session begin in the month of December. Brochures and application forms can be obtained from the school office.

Admission to the school is restricted by certain policies of the Management and by the conditions of age, ability and conduct.

Factors considered vital in making the appropriate grade placement at Ekatva EM School include: previous academic success verified by school records, age, previous grade level placement, maturity (physical and social development), academic achievement, school attendance, and consistent educational experience.
